Video-making is often an isolating job, and right now, there’s not much support for new or aspiring creators — especially in the maker space, where video-making takes on a whole new set of challenges.

But long-form video content, whether educational or entertaining, is one of the best ways to inspire others to explore their creativity, to share your ideas and artwork, and to pass on hundreds of unique crafts that are in danger of slipping away.

The Maker Creator Fund seeks to provide the financial support that makers often lack as they attempt a career in video creation.

How it works.

Applications for the annually awarded Fund are planned to open at the end of each summer. Check back for updates and announcements, or join the email list to hear when the next round opens.
