One workbook. A tab for each month.
Mentorship applications begin a new cycle on the 15th. Each cycle runs from the 15th through the 14th of the following month. In the connected version, each submission will be stored on the backend with its original submission time and cycle start date. An Excel export will include a separate tab for each application cycle and retain earlier applications.

The tabs above use the cycle start date as their name. They are not real application periods or a connected workbook. The cutoff timezone still needs to be chosen.
Suggested export columns: submission ID, submission date, cycle start date, name, email, location, discipline, portfolio link, project description, mentorship needs, and goals.
The Fund has its own calendar.
The proposed next Fund round is Fall 2027. Exact dates remain unconfirmed. Fund applications will open only between a configured start and closing date. Outside that window, the page will show a disabled button or the next opening date. The connected backend must enforce the same dates as the website.

Google Workspace is the chosen email provider. The domain still needs to be purchased, and the exact people and inboxes are still to be confirmed.
